Our Bid to Represent the People of the 47th Congressional District:

$23, 255 per year

This figure is based on the median earnings in 1999 of a full-time, year-round worker in the 47th district according to US Census Bureau data.  The amount for a female worker was chosen because it is lower than the amount for a male worker.
